UCP of the North Bay's Inclusive Work Services helps Northern California employers solve staffing and production challenges with supported work crews and outsourced fulfillment, while creating sustainable employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every placement includes a dedicated job coach at no cost to the employer.
