Three supported employees plus a dedicated UCPNB supervisor — perfect for janitorial, grounds, recycling and repetitive production tasks.

  • We cover nearly all the cost of the supervisor

  • Safety training and supervision included
Paid Internship Program
Up to 1,000 hours funded

Our PIP program can fund up to 1,000 hours of a client's wages while they learn the job. It's intended for companies that would consider hiring the client full-time provided they meet key requirements and a job opening is available at that time.
